If you have booked a test but are unable to attend, you will receive a credit that allows you to book a new CEnT even at another university or in a different format. The credit will be available in your CISIA Student Area, and you can use it at the time of payment by selecting the CREDIT option.

You can use the credit only once by the last CEnT date of the fourth macro-period.

If you miss a CEnT booked with the credit, the credit will expire and you will need to make a new payment to book another CEnT. 

The CEnT fee is non-refundable. For further details, see section 3.3.2, Absences, of the Rules for CEnT Participants.
