You can change the date, type, format, country where you take your test and university of your TOLC booking. Log in to your CISIA Student Area and follow these steps:

• Click on Manage bookings in the menu on the left
• Click on the pencil icon in the Change booking column
• Download the new Payment and Enrolment Receipt to see the updated information

Keep in mind that you can change your TOLC booking if:

• The TOLC you have already booked and the new TOLC you want to book are both open for registration. Check the calendar
• The Payment status of your TOLC booking is completed (if it’s not, send a copy of the payment receipt to mav@cisiaonline.it)

You can change the country where you will take the TOLC@HOME by midnight (Italian time) the day before the test.
