If you are not present at the test, and only for the first time, you will be given a credit to book a new TOLC. You will find it from the next day in the CISIA Student Area, and you can use it at the time of payment by selecting the CREDIT option.

You can use the credit only once by the last available TOLC date of the year. It can’t be used in the following year.
