You must upload your ID document by 10 AM the day before the TOLC (or by 10 AM on the previous Friday for Monday TOLCs), in your CISIA Student Area.

To change the ID:

• Click on Manage Bookings from the left menu
• Click on the pencil in the change document column
• Upload the new front/back copy of the document

Remember that you can modify the document by 10 AM the day before the TOLC (or by 10 AM on the previous Friday for Monday TOLC) only for a current booking: you can’t modify the document of TOLC already taken.

Keep the original document handy: the room supervisors will ask you to show it for identification.

On the day of the test, don't forget to bring along with you:

• A valid ID document
• The Payment and Enrolment Receipt, which you can download from your CISIA Student Area by clicking on Manage Bookings section

Make sure to remember the email and password you use to login to your CISIA Student Area.
