The TOLC@HOME can be:

• Reset due to unresolvable technical problems during the TOLC. You will have a credit available, and you can book another TOLC (even of different formats and types) without having to pay the fee again
• Cancelled in case of misconduct. You will lose the fee paid and you can repeat a new test only from the following month

In case of technical problems, verify that your devices meet the necessary requirements indicated in Room configuration. Otherwise, you will not be able to take the TOLC@HOME.

If during an OTHER TEST@HOME your test is reset or cancelled, contact the university for instructions on how to proceed.
