Can’t log in to your CISIA Student Area?

• If you can’t log in with your email:
  make sure to log in with the same email address you used to sign up or use your tax code to log in.
• If you forgot your password:
  retrieve your password in the Recupero password page.
• If you have not received the activation link when signing up:
  make sure that your email address can receive messages and look for the activation message in the Spam inbox. If you still can’t find it, contact our Help Desk.

If you do not fall into the previous cases:

Try using incognito mode following these instructions:

If you don’t have a tax code

You can take a test anyway.

Before booking a test, we suggest contacting the International Student Office of the university you want to apply to.

On the registration form, select FOREIGN COUNTRY as your place of birth to display the I do not have a tax code option. You can then flag it.  

Remember, the tax code must be issued by the Italian Agenzia delle Entrate or an Italian Consular Office in your country. Do not use tax codes generated online.

If you signed up with an incorrect tax code or received the official one after signing up to your CISIA Student Area, send a message to our Help Desk and attach a copy of the official document attesting your tax code.
