Pay attention!
When the test supervisors call your name on WEBEX, respond and follow the instructions. You will be asked to place yourself in front of your laptop's camera and show:
- Your face
- Your ID
Using your mobile device (smartphone or tablet), you will need to show:
- Room and the workstation where you will take the test
- Clothing and any accessories worn (remember: no smartwatches, no headphones)
- The USB ports on your laptop
- The control code displayed on the laptop screen
Keep in mind:
- Any communication will take place on WEBEX, through the mobile device. Your laptop camera will be used only to frame your face and ID
- All USB ports must be free
- WEBEX video and audio must be on throughout the test to allow the supervisors to see and hear what happens in your room
If the message validation completed appears on the screen, it means everything is ok!
When the supervisors ask you to, place the mobile device behind you following the room configuration instructions.
The camera of your mobile device must frame both your workstation and the to the room. At this point, all you have to do is wait for the supervisors to start the test.
