On the CISIA portal you can check two types of Calendars:

1. AVAILABLE DATES CALENDAR

Here you find the currently available dates. The list is constantly updated based on seat availability.
For each date you can see the booking state (available seats, not longer available, closed bookings) and the booking deadline:

Here’s an example:
The university has opened a TOLC-I date on Tuesday, February 14th. You can book this date, if there are “available seats", until Wednesday, February 8th, at 2 PM. After this deadline, you can book other available dates on the following days.

2. ALL DATES CALENDAR

Here you find all the TOLC dates scheduled for the current year (from February to November). This calendar can be updated regularly.

Before booking a TOLC:

• Check the deadlines for taking the TOLC in the admission notice or the regulations of your degree course
• Sign up to your CISIA Student Area

It’s the universities that directly schedule the dates. For this reason, we can’t tell you in advance when dates will be published. If you do not see a TOLC date, it means that the university has not opened it yet. Check the Calendar frequently to keep up with the updates.
